Copy Printing

Our quick print copy machines offer our clients the flexibility of rapidly producing simple black and white print sets on demand.

We can print and copy directly from your PDF file, word document or hard copy original.

Whether it’s multiple copies of 1 sheet or 1 copy of multiple sheets to make a book, we have the capabilities. Our document feeders will scan multiple page documents and store them into memory and reuse them often or just once.

When the document is scanned, we can print on 1 or 2 sides, collate the set and even staple it in the same pass for as many sets as you need.

With a printed front and back cover, using GBC Binding and different colored spines we can create a nice looking booklet.

All of our copying machines have the capacity of duplexing (printing on both sides) ranging from 5 ½ x8 ½ up to 11x17.

We watch for Image Transfer (toner smudge marks also known as “Ghosting”) (see example) on your copies. Independence Direct constantly checks our Copy output quality to prevent this from happening.
