Folding

From short run small desktop folding to heavy duty volumes we have the equipment to handle your requirements.

Our machines are able to do numerous types of folds for various size sheets. We can “U” fold, “Z” fold, Tri fold, Half fold, Quarter fold and more. Handling sheets up to 11x17 and using multiple gates we can produce a folded letter sized piece in one pass. Scoring keeps the fold on track while a perforation will allow the recipient to easily separate a return reply slip.

A major part of our folding process is what we call Fold/Slit/Nest. These are usually Legal sized lasered forms where the client has a reply slip attached to the top of a letter. As the form is folded the reply slip is tucked into the first fold, then a slit is taken from the top separating the slip from the letter which nests itself inside.
