With the letter document laid out on a letterhead template we can personalize the document (Mail Merge), load and sequence the data for barcoding and automation to achieve the maximum postal discounts.

By selecting from thousands of scalable fonts from Microsoft, TrueType and more we have the flexibility you need.

The majority of our work is letter or legal size, single sided, yet we do have the capability to duplex (print on both sides) with a range of 5 ½ x 8 ½ up to 11x17.

Image Transfer (toner smudge marks also known as “Ghosting”) on your letters is an industry concern, especially when mail is being processed through the United States Postal Service. This can occur because of the pressure placed on your letter by the Post Office automation equipment (see example). Independence Direct constantly checks our laser output quality to prevent this from happening.
