Machine Inserting

Our Inserting Machines are fully automated Pitney Bowes equipment. We are able to insert from 1-6 pieces into a regular #10 envelope and up to 4 pieces into a 9x12 booklet envelope and most envelope sizes in between.

We insert, seal and stamp in line finishing the complete package at once. Although we have used indicia’s (the permit box in the stamp position) we prefer stamping which allows us to disguise the point of mail entry. We find this to be an important connection between you and your customer.

Once the package has been inserted, the mail is sorted into trays by our staff of professionals and prepared for delivery to the post office with proper paperwork.
