Merge / Purge

Our Merge/Purge capabilities are unsurpassed in the industry. We can take up to 24 files of any size or shape and mold them into a single database removing unwanted address duplications. If you have a list of people you don't want to mail to, "No Problem!", we call them suppression addresses and we can remove matching addresses as part of the M/P pass. Even better we provide reports that can tell you where the duplications or suppressions occurred.

We took (3) Files and compared each record for duplications. By gathering information between the matching records we can consoildate the data into a single output record providing the most complete address.

Let's examine what we did.

1. We set-up each file identifying the type of field for each.
2. Proper identification of each field means we don't need perfect field alignments.
3. Our program generates a source code for each record to recognize look alike or sound alike records.
4. By interpreting the address parts we find even more dupes.
5. Take the best information from all the records and combine them to the OUTPUT record.
6. Don't worry, we do not throw anything out. Duplicate records are sent and stored in a seperate file.
7. We generate the results of the Merge/Purge using dynamic report writing techniques you must see to believe.
