Once your data is here, we can skillfully enhance the mailing quality and appearance of the record. By working in several programs that are used to clean each record, we'll help get your mailer noticed because the first thing that the recipient will look at is his/her name.

Most of our database production and manipulation is performed in DBF formats. We are proficient in many Microsoft programs including Access, Word, Works, and Excel and we have produced some of our most complex work in this environment.

We also have commercial and proprietary Windows based programs for genderizing, field splitting and reorganizing record formats into logical field layouts, address standardization, merge/purge/suppression, duplicate elimination and more.

Our mail processing software includes presorting First Class and Standard Automation and is CASS, DPV & NCOA certified with updates monthly. When Mail Reform started in July of 1996, we were ready to make the most of Postal Discounts for our clients and we still do.
