Edward Holland
President and Owner

Ed Holland came to Independence Direct eight years ago as an account executive. Building on his 36 years of direct mail experience, he rapidly rose through the ranks to become a part-owner in 2009 and, ultimately purchased the company in 2014. Michael Holland
Vice President

Michael is ‘second generation’ management at Independence Direct. As Vice President, his primary responsibility is oversight of our data services team. His experience includes programming for a wide-range of client data bases, including higher-education, healthcare and social service non-profits. Email Mike Holland

Chriss DiBona
Director of Client Services

Chriss joined the Independence team in May 2017 in the recently created role of Director of Client Service. Her 20+ years of experience in data management, client service, graphic design and copy writing makes her uniquely qualified to ensure each of our clients enjoys their experience from start to finish.  Email Chriss DiBona

Mail Room Supervisor

Robin has been with Independence for nearly 20 years. Her dedication to our customers is beyond compare, and her knowledge of Direct Mail Production is second to none. Her QC standards help us make sure that your project will be completed on time and meet the standards you expect.

Anita Whiddon
Laser Room Supervisor

Anita has been with Independence for 13 years. She is in charge of our Lasering Services. Anita effortlessly handles the quality control of your letters. If any part of your letter is questionable, Anita will make certain that the letter will not hit the mail until it is approved and/or corrected. Anita is very passionate about customer satisfaction.
